Hey, I'm thinking of setting up a chart that lists the advantages and disadvantages of each race over the others. If you are the creator of the race, please post here on how much stronger/weaker it is compared to the other races. Physical AttributesPhysical Strength | Physical Speed | Seraphim | Seraphim | Gnome | Cherubim | Unborn | Troll | Undead | Gnome | Human | Undead | Wildman | Human | Nephilim (f) | Demonborn | Moreaux (b) | Wildman | Vamphir | Nephilim (f) | Moreaux (p) | Nephilim (s) | Lycanthrope | Moreaux (b) | Nephilim (s) | Vamphir | Cherubim | Moreaux (p) | Demonborn | Lycanthrope | Troll | Unborn |
Magical/Supernatural AbilitiesRace Name | Abilities | The Unborn | Teleportation, Phase through walls, Transform into wraith-like creatures for a period of time | The Vampirs | Immortality, Feeds On Blood | Lycanthropes | Morph into wolf humanoid form, gains: Heightened senses, increased strength and speed, large claws and fangs, howl can cause momentary paralysis in those weak in the mind. | Moreaux | Potential for any of the following (no standard abilites): Increased physical & mental capabilities, animal senses, defenses, and abilities, or physical mutations. |
Currently Approved Races[/u] Moreaux - (b)aseline, (p)eak The Godsent - Cherubim, Seraphim, Nephilim (f)ire, (s)trength Trolls Gnomes The Unborn Daemonborn Undead The Vampyr

The amount of variation between members of various races EG Moreaux would make it a bit difficult to compare, I reckon.

That is true; however I can give you a sort of baseline to work from, and/or the extremes
now, if I understand it correctly, Gnomes are average human strength, so for that aspect at least, they make a good starting point.
I was thinking about them, and if someone were trying to push against one with one arm; they'd be using less of their strength, but they can put their weight behind it, and the gnome doesn't have that; it's interesting

This was my guess based on the entries - color represents strength groupings, further down the list is stronger (even within color groups) a lot was hard to guess based on the various adjectives used rather than bother with pointing out the weakest possible within each race, I went with average, and also strongest if there is a significant variability (Nephilim's two 'strains' and Moreaux) Physical AttributesPhysical Strength | Physical Speed | Seraphim | Seraphim | Gnome | Cherubim | Unborn | Troll | Undead | Gnome | Human | Undead | Wildman | Human | Nephilim (f) | Demonborn | Moreaux (b) | Wildman | Vamphir | Nephilim (f) | Moreaux (p) | Nephilim (s) | Lycanthrope | Moreaux (b) | Nephilim (s) | Vamphir | Cherubim | Moreaux (p) | Demonborn | Lycanthrope | Troll | Unborn |

Yeah, well, I'm thinking Christina would definitely apply as an extreme case. Not sure where she would fit in exactly, but based on that, I'm guessing Yellow, right under Vampyr. Its respectable in itself, but for a Daemonborn, she's effectively crippled. She might gain a little more, and move up a bit more as she grows up, but I can easily see her being made fun of by other Daemonborn for being a weakling. Speed is unaffected by this defect for the most part though.
((I had more, but I decided it merited its own topic))

another thing we could try is to do a numerical system - just 'cuz I like bar graphs
0 No Ability 01 Rudimentary 012 Weak 0123 Below Average 01234 Human Average 012345 Competent Human 0123456 Talented XXXXXXXX Olympian XXXXXXXXX Master XXXXXXXXXX Paragon XXXXXXXXXXX Threshold XXXXXXXXXXXX Inhuman XXXXXXXXXXXXX Superhuman 0123456789ABYZ Godly
003 vs The Mailman
--- Strength --- Speed --- Fighting Ability --- Literacy
003 --- XXXXXXXX --- XXXXXXXX --- XXXXXX --- X
TMM --- XXXXXXXX --- XXXXXXXX --- XXXXXX --- XXXXXXX

It's a good starting point. Our Head Honcho can probably help a little with Vampirs & Lycanthropes, etc, but judging the relative strengths of different peoples' ideas will be tough.
Moreaux: Potential for any of the following (no standard abilites): Increased physical & mental capabilities, animal senses, defenses, and abilities, or physical mutations.

Personally im a bit confused as to the "Stronger than a human" aspect of it perhaps you should make a baseline for the races gauged off the average human. Cuase I mean really everyone has seen those strong man competitions.

Another aspect to consider is rarity - probably best expressed in PPM, or "parts per million" - about how many you could expect in any random population of 1 million people
Obviously this depends a lot on the environment/heritage etc; werwolves have/had packs/clans, vampires either cohabitate or even produce new vampires; one crazy scientist or dictator might have dozens of Moreaux, etc.
But it seems to me like something we should think about, both in terms of how often a certain PC class might be taken/how often we might deal with them on missions, etc
for instance, in a developed country, I would rate the number of Humanish Moreaux at roughly 13 PPM. Bestial moreaux would be closer to 3 PPM, though these would tend to come in groups and generally in hiding, or sequestered by the creators. Living, capable Freakish moreaux would number probably ~ .8 PPM - a large city PROBABLY has one, but might not.
