So I read up to the beginning of page three on Thursday, and that was the end of it as of then. I was going to make my first post, but I wanted to double-check with Sammich on a few things before-hand, so I waited... I caught him on Saturday, but couldn't... really talk then. ._.; So I went back here this morning to see if anything new was added, and surprise surprise, THREE PAGES OF TEXT WALLS.
I mean Jesus, I thought I had nothing to do... but apparently you guys have me beat! XD
It's nice that you guys post a lot and stuff, but it's kind of ridiculous to go and read a novel every time you want to catch up on something... ("I like to be descriptive" *shoots*) Oh well, like it matters. I mean I would love to be a part of this RP, but... *goes and spends the day reading/catching up so he can contemplate his first post and get buried in three pages worth of posts again in the process...*

*kicks TZ* XD
I'm almost done reading it... but damn. .__. I guess that's what you get when you have about twelve people all in the same RP.

I have the same problem. As Im in Europe, I go to sleep, and when I wake up/ get home from school, I find several hundred pages. Thats why I wanted that Librarian position. Not necessary, but fun to have when available. Like Sex.

I admit I'm having some difficulty as well. That's why I mostly skim posts.
Fucking play...

Would it make things easier if at the top (or bottom) of each post the poster noted the people involved? Then people could find the most pertinent stuff so they could post back, then skim/read the other stuff when they have time?
It should be easier when we're on missions - and everything is broken down into the different areas as it stands, everyone's in the same 2-3 locations, and all the posting is going into one spot, which I understand is not how the RP is going to be run once it's ready
Also, remember we're in no hurry here.

when I post something that is directed towards someone, I usually tag them. I usually use the member name, but on some RPs I've been in I've seen where some prefer to use the name of the character they are interacting with. To me, this is kind of backwards since it's tough to remember who everyone is in character and I would imagine whatever is easiest would be the prefered method and to me that is just tagging the user like:
<tag sammich>
it's easy to see. I like using that.
And sorry for the super descriptive posts samek. i did kind of go crazy for a while, huh?

Don't sweat it though.. Your really humongous ones were before the three page mark I think...

lol, yeah, they were still a bit bigger than they really needed to be. I'll make sure to clearly mark the tags in my post so you can skip them when necessary.

And now you all know why I'm tryijng to get my schedule right so I can GM this properly. Keeping an eye on every post so I can see if someone messed up or got the story wrong, etc....not an easy task, especially when your schedule's as screwy as mine is.
Anyway. Well then, agreed: Before each post, if you're talking to someone(s), type <to such and such>, say...in red. However, if things aren't moving quickly and you can't spot walls of text anywhere, you don't really have to, since I'm sure writing that in every post will get agitating after a while.

I MISS THE TEXT WALLS!
Should we finish up the current day? Start Day 2? Jump ahead? Get up, stand up, jump and throw our hands up?
Is it possible to have people posting on multiple different days? How would we handle that?
