Hmmm, an idea: Centuries ago, necromancers created skeleton constructs (golems, basically, but skeletons), by linking appendages and body parts by use of dark magic. In order to keep them hidden, they placed them into dark and almost untrodden locations, like tombs, deep parts of mountains, and even graves. There were many that were left, because the necromancer forgot about them, died, or decided to just leave them there. Due to a large flux in dark energy, recently, the Bonemen rose by themselves. They were free thinking, however not too intelligent (they learn as they go along). Their bones are hard and solid due to the spell put on them. They are, however, weak to magic, especially of the light variation.
Just an idea...Sort of a way to set them apart from the Undead.
Also: Someone might not have the best grammar, but it's not a sin or anything. Keep the nay saying to a minimum, if at all. He's just here to post, like the rest of you.

Ok, new version is here. Needing feedback
Race: Bonemen (undead skeletons)
History: Centuries ago, necromancers created skeleton constructs (golems, basically, but skeletons), by linking appendages and body parts by use of dark magic. In order to keep them hidden, they placed them into dark and almost unknown locations, like tombs, deep parts of mountains, and even graves. There were many that were left, because the necromancer forgot about them, died, or decided to just leave them there. Due to a large flux in dark energy, recently, the Bonemen rose by themselves, and with nothing better to do, turned evil or joined the brotherhood.
Attributes: They are basically Skeletons, sometimes with mix matched bleached and brown bones. Their mouths never move when they speak, and they don’t have eyes, yet seem to be able to stare at you, or look around. They sometimes wear clothes for modesty or style.
Strengths: Infinite stamina, no need to sleep, immortal, Strong and no flesh to cushion the blows, they can replace old bones with new ones, and remove their heads but stay conscious, even thought their body falls apart. No need to breath. Have a bone sense (Know where any other bones are)
Weakness: Holy energy causes them to fall apart, if the head is removed, the body falls apart, while the head is fully conscious, if 5% of the head is destroyed, the Boneman dies.

Bone Sense - does this mean they know where all bones are around them, or just theirs? (if they lose one)
If the former, how far does this power extend? Does it apply only to human bones, or any? Does it apply to bones in a living being?

Hmmm, I'm liking it. However, I do hold the same questions as Sonny.

They know if they are near dead bones (Eg Bones that belong to a dead person), they just know. They can't tell how many thought, just that there are bones nearby.

Okay, cool. Accepted. Just edit the info into the first post and I'll toss it into the races section.

Ok, editted, also, what sort of magic is usable by Bonemen? Could he, lets say, throw fire balls?

Magic isn't something that comes with a race, it's based on the individual. But now that you mention it, I don't think Bonemen should be able to use magic. They're powerful in their own right, and would just be overkill if they used magic.

But now that you mention it, I don't think Bonemen should be able to use magic. That would be a no, no?

As these kind gentlemans reminded you, no magic. Maybe potions, but nothing based around inner-magic.
